My favorite thing about visiting my sister in Snow Hill MD is their beautiful garden. Chickens cluck around and watering the garden is a daily task amidst the hot Maryland summer. During my last visit there I made it a goal to create a painting that embodied some of my favorite garden feelings. The work below started as a study from Forbes magazine but turned into an ambitious texture and color experiment.
